consumer rights

Many (most)of us actually dont see the point about reclaim when something is not at our favor (consumers) even when its not disclaimed (sometimes explicited) on our contracts, like in hotels who offers internet but in fact its paid when you go to check at the counter and that's WRONG!!!
please people open your eyes and expose those facts to the autorities.
A contract is a contract so as a fake publicity its a fake publicity. remember that you can aways get your money back or at least part of it when ANY of the parts involved on it r not offering what was promised on the original (first) deal. like i saw previously dont be fooled like many agreeing w/ something thats not been offered and not been delivered.
in many countries like my origin one the consumers r starting to talk louder and being listened but still the companies started with the project "consumers 2.0" where they are starting to find ways to silence us. so like this they can use their own rules and silence "us" consumers against the flaws the companies have.
